- Natural herbal extracts of valerian and lemon balm are known in folk medicine as sedatives that help with stress and sleep disorders. Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) plays an important role before and during the first phase of sleep, when the body needs to calm down, relax, and enter a dozing phase in order to move on to the second stage of sleep. Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) has traditionally been used to improve various cognitive processes, reduce stress and anxiety.
- Magnesium is well known as a muscle relaxant and sleep promoting supplement. Magnesium helps maintain normal psychological function, nervous system function, energy metabolism and electrolyte balance.

- Melatonin is a hormone produced by the brain in response to darkness. It helps to restore circadian rhythm (a natural, internal process that regulates the sleep-wake cycle, which repeats itself approximately every 24 hours) and sleep. Melatonin reduces the time it takes to fall asleep (positive effects are seen when taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime). Melatonin also alleviates jet lag (positive effects are seen when taking a minimum dose of 0.5 g, taken before going to bed on the first day of travel and a few days after arriving at the destination).
USAGE: Adults: 2 capsules per day with a small glass of water just before bedtime. Take for one month, repeat the course if necessary.
